I booked huge and functional room with coffee and a kitchen, as example. The staff was efficient, attentive, nothing too much trouble.

The hotel was a comfortable place for enjoying a downtown area, so close to the center, and Lawson convenience stores. I have stayed in a twin room with bunk bed, a free phone and a kitchen for 2 nights. The location was particularly good and decent, just a pleasant stroll away from Odori Park. I had incredible days staying at this small venue.

This hotel was a hidden gem! The attention to detail was impeccable, from the cozy Alpine-style decor to the friendly and helpful staff. The location was a bit remote, but only a short walk from the nearest underground station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms may have been slightly cramped for my family and our luggage, but they were clean and well-equipped. And the breakfast.wow! Simple but delicious, with fresh bread and a choice between two options, including a hearty soup.

Units with couch. The place had a quiet atmosphere. Location: the hotel was next to also the location of a subway station that links travellers to the rest of the transport network and attractions & restaurants and Sapporo station. Also, Ramen alley dining was at a short distance.

The location was very convenient, just a short subway ride from the main train station. We enjoyed the complimentary wine and coffee, as well as the option to have breakfast delivered to our room. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, making our stay very comfortable.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. One of the best aspects was the fantastic breakfast, which was delivered straight to my room each morning. The soups and bread were delicious! Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready with a smile and a greeting. The location was also great, with easy access to public transportation to explore the city.
